I love coming together with musicians to create dances for stage shows and videos. I have choreographed for pop musicians and rappers as well as singer songwriters. My goal as your choreographer is to illustrate and highlight your music for greatest effect, pump up and entertain the audience, and help you move around the stage in a way that makes you feel powerful and confident. Choreography for Musicians/Artists
Amanda Palmer
I had the incredible fortune to choreograph for Amanda Palmer's set at the Crucible's Fire Arts Festival. I presented her with the idea that the characters from many of her songs were all residents of the same small town, and she liked the idea. I had 11 days to cast and choreograph the full set, and it was a huge highlight of my career to perform along side her, she's a huge inspiration to me.
Eli Marrs
I choreographed for queer pop artist Eli Marrs' set at the 2012 Castro Street Fair. His music is high energy, sexy, and fun. However, Eli has limited dance experience. My goal as his choreographer was to build exciting movement around him that highlighted him, and give him simple choreography that he could feel confident about, making him look as tho he was at the same level as the dancers.
L10
I choreographed 2 different sets for electro-pop artist L10 in 2013, one for his record release party, PUSH, and one for a large fundraiser called BLOOM. L10 is an incredibly creative performer and great dancer. He mixed his sets with a lot of drama, and we collaborated to build in entrances and transitions that highlighted his music and his unique 50's rockabilly styling. Dancers Katie Wong & Kelli Alexandria.
EnZyme Dynomite
I performed as a dancer for the Zyme Bring It Back video. This song was recently featured in a Nike Commercial. I choreographed a chunk of the song, but most of what ended up being featured in the video was my freestyle. Many GREAT dancers were involved in this project, it was really fun to be in front of the camera for this one!
